Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes you can. However, please keep in mind that canceling your Postways subscription does not result in a partial refund. If you are on a monthly plan and you cancel your subscription half way through the month then this doesn't result in a refund for the remaining days of that month. The same applies to annual subscriptions, if you cancel your subscription half way through the year we will not commence a refund for the remaining time. We advice that if you no longer perfer to use Postways that you simply remove your credit card under the Plan & Payment section of your Team settings so that you won't be billed for a next installment.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes you can upgrade your plan at any given time. From the Plan & Payment section under your Team Settings simply choose a new plan to either upgrade or downgrade your plan. Please be aware that if you downgrade your plan that your team should not exceed the target plan limits. You can also choose to switch from annual payment to monthly payment, however, please keep in mind that no refunds can be made, e.g. if you subscribed to an annual plan and six months in you decide to switch to a monthly plan, the six remaining months on the annual plan will be used as credit towards the new plan.
Is the number of transmissions per day a hard limit?
No, it is not. The maximum number of transmissions allowed for a plan (as listed in the pricing sheet) is set to a soft limit. If you happen to go over the limit, nothing will happen. However, Postways does monitor your usage and if the number of daily transmissions goes over the limit for consistent period of time, we will ask you to upgrade to a higher plan. The reason we do this because we understand that some days your application might be more busy then others and just because you had a spike in traffic and needed to send more messages, doesn't mean that we require you to upgrade your Postways plan just because of it.
